On November 1, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Idibek Kalandar, participated in the 22nd Manama Dialogue Security Summit, “IISS Manama Dialogue 2026”, held in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, under the theme “Middle East Security: Interests, Integration and Coordination”.

During the summit, participants exchanged views on military and political developments in the Gulf region and the Middle East, ways to resolve crises in various countries around the world, and efforts to ensure security and stability at the regional and international levels.
