On October 25, 2023, on the sidelines of the summit of the European Union’s Global Gateway initiative, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the European Union Special Representative for the Central Asia Terhi Hakala.

 

 

 

During the meeting, referring to the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the countries of Central Asia and the European Union held in Luxembourg, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union, and also expressed interest to further develop mutually beneficial relations within the framework of existing mechanisms and instruments.
