The Head of State congratulated President Vo Van Thuong and the people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on their Independence Day.

 

 

 

 

– We highly appreciate our enduring partnership with Vietnam that rests on genuine friendship and fruitful political dialogue. It was a true pleasure and privilege to have open and substantive discussion with you in Hanoi across the entire spectrum of the Kazakh-Vietnamese relations, – the telegram says.

 

 

 

 

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reaffirmed his readiness to further develop bilateral cooperation and wished the Vietnamese leader every success in his noble endeavours.
